Studio Arts in Florence
Florence, Italy
This program offers students of art, design and art history a unique opportunity to study in one of the most important centers of western art, science, literature and architecture: Florence, Italy. The program is designed to offer a rich learning experience through a curriculum with directly transferable UConn course credits. Students take two studio courses (drawing and photography), an art history course and the Florence Experience course, which is an introduction to the culture of Florence and the Italian language.

NUS offers a broad-based curriculum that will be particularly attractive to students interested in the Arts with courses aligned in Art History, DMD, Drama, Drawing and Painting . Situated on a ridge surrounded by greenery and panoramic views of the sea, NUS is a vibrant campus just 25 minutes from downtown Singapore. Singapore is considered one of the safest cities in the world and because of its location close to the equator, the climate is summer-like all year long.
University of Wollongong
Wollongong, Australia
Wollongong is Australia’s ninth largest city; small enough to learn to navigate in a semester yet large enough to provide plenty of activity. This thriving cosmopolitan city is becoming known for its combination of laidback lifestyle, natural beauty, culture and entertainment. It boasts the largest regional art gallery in Australia and a performing arts center.
Finances are an integral part of the program selection and planning process. Research scholarships early to meet application deadlines and request feedback on essays from advisors and the Writing Center.
