Nursing
As a Nursing major, you can:
- Use Experiential Global Learning courses to meet General Education requirements, Nursing Requirements, and/or electives
- Select a faculty-led or affiliated short-term program option.
Nursing students should prioritize speaking with their academic advisor early in their academic career about the best time for them to go abroad.
When planning an experience abroad, be sure to keep in mind your gen eds, any extra credits you may be able to use to your advantage, as well as current and upcoming terms in your course of study. For Nursing students who have a strict course sequence to follow each semester, a summer or winter program might be a good option. The School of Nursing has dedicated programs designed specifically for their students that will count towards the Nursing plan of study.
