In keeping with UConn’s goal to remain socially and globally connected, we asked our Experiential Global Learning alums what advice they have for students whose plans were disrupted by COVID-19. We think that their insight is valuable not just for students, but the University community as a whole.

“Keep your passion and love for other people and cultures alive. Use this time to remember what you did and had abroad, but, push the bounds to maintain those relationships with the people and culture you had. Flights get canceled, trips get cut short, and life can be unpredictable. But, do not let that discourage you from dreaming of your next adventure. ”
